Our History
BurnsSearch, Inc. was established in 1999 primarily as an IT recruiting company. Early clients saw the value in having a dedicated and motivated partner to assist with their staffing needs. As a result, the company has continued to provide excellence delivering superior recruiting services to clients.

BurnsSearch understands clients have existing HR departments often with an arm dedicated to recruiting. The goal of BurnsSearch has been, and continues to be, that of a valued partner, an extension of the HR recruiting team, partnering to complement existing resources, not replace or usurp them. BurnsSearch has continued to develop other areas of expertise including Analytics and Reporting, Accounting-Finance as well as many areas within mortgage servicing and originations.

Currently, BurnsSearch has grown their client base to include the mortgage and financial services industry, health care, retail and oil and gas. Based in the Dallas area, our network expands throughout the U.S. working collaboratively with our clients to support their staffing needs.
