Contract or Permanent Positions: |
Permanent - We offer an assortment of permanent opportunities to our candidates in each of the disciplines we specialize in. These positions typically involve a process of preliminary interviews, prequalification, submittal to client and then a series of interviews and testing, depending on each client's criteria. You can expect to spend time completing applications, conducting face to face and telephone interviews and developing patience, as it can take several weeks or more for hiring managers to make final decisions. Our professional team will work with you through this process and provide the liaison to the client company. |
Contract - Our contract opportunities are usually positions that have a fixed time period or, on occasion, an indefinite time period. The process time is usually somewhat less than for permanent positions, and may require a very high skill level in whichever area of expertise is required. Most clients expect contractors to contribute immediately. Contract term can run anywhere from 3 months to several years. |
Contract To Perm - This option is becoming more popular with client companies as they can bring candidates on board for an initial contract period (typically 3-6 months), and if the relationship works out well for both parties, will offer a permanent position. In using this model, we assist both the candidate and client in developing a compensation package that works for the initial contract period and then a permanent salary that is suitable for the position, skill level, etc. |
