In our continuing efforts to better serve our clients, we have entered into a relationship with an internet testing organization to aid us in determining appropriate fit for particular technical positions. Kenexa has developed a series of testing criteria to assist us in identifying the most knowledgeable and technically proficient candidates. To further enhance the technical credibility, psychological and culture fit of candidates, we have included Kenexa's behavioral testing in addition to our own in-house behavioral interviewing process. Our goal is to maximize our recruiting efforts with the most qualified and best trained candidates available.
We also provide a complete background check on our candidates that includes: criminal, educational, work history and appropriate drug testing, as well as reference checking.
